How to Create Google Developer Account for uploading your Android App ?
This article describes how to create and set up your Play Console developer account
Step 1: Sign up for a Play Console developer account with your Google A/c which uses your business E Mail ID like...your name @yourdomain.com, support@yourdomain.com etc
Note : If you're creating a developer account for an organization or business, we recommend using a Google account which uses your organization's email address. Using an email with the same domain as your organization's website will reduce the number of verifications you need to complete. like- support@yourdomain.com, help@yourdomain.com, admin@yourdomain.com, yourname@yourdomain.com etc In case you don't have bought any such business E mail ID till date, then please let us know freely at 90-1521-1521 (press for : sales)
In case you are creating a New Google account with your corporate/ Business E Mail, for the first time, then you may need to complete the process very carefully and properly in Google Business Profile Manager
Once you complete the Business account creation process, it will ask you to submit a video for your business :
Note : Video length should be not longer than 2 minutes and it should not cover any faces or person. Start from the outside of the office then enter inside and show your desk and other area of offices. It should cover the proof that the business mentioned in the details actually is the same in teh video
Step 2: Turn On the 2 Step Verification
Step 3: Now Start over again and click to start with your business ID : https://play.google.com/console
Be ready with your details and proceed Next :
Give a developer name :
Step 4: Create a payment profile
Step 5: ENTER your D.U.N.S number or search for your D.U.N.S number
Search for your D.U.N.S number from here : https://www.dnb.com/duns/duns-lookup.html
Get your New D.U.N.S from here : https://www.dnb.com/contact-us-page.html

How to apply a DUNS Number in India?
#1. Go to the Dun & Bradstreet website and apply for a DUN
S Number.
#2. Fill out the application form with your business information, including your legal business name, registered address, and contact details.
#3. Provide any additional information that may be required, such as your Company Incorporation certificate, Last 3 year audited financial statements, PAN card or GST registration number.
#4. Review the information you have provided and submit the application.
#5. Pay the applicable fee for the DUNS Number application. The fee varies depending on the type of business and the services you require.
#6. Wait for Dun & Bradstreet to verify your information and assign your DUNS Number.
