How to Find and Fix Negative Units in your Software ?
Your Finnsys Software will function perfectly when your data is properly reconciled with the RTA data. We have provided multiple check system to ensure that your data is completely aligned with the RTA feeds.
One such method is to check and Fix the ' negative units' within your Finnsys Software. Let us see this step to Step process to fix this issue in few simple steps :
Step 1 : Let us check if you have any negative unit folios in your system or not ?
Admin > Data Management Tools > Fix ( negative unit Balance)
Step 2 : You will see all the folios here with negative Units
Step 3 : You can fix these folios by ordering the folio wise Transaction files of these 'folios' :
Karvy : MFSD 246 ( in DBF format) and CAMS : WBR2 ( in DBF format)
Step 4 : Once you get the file from the RTA then use this special import tool in your Finnsys :
As soon as you import the Foliowise file here, the old Folio will get deleted and the new transactions will get updated. You should rectify all the negative folios in a similar manner.
Doing such exercises regularly will ensure that your system is error-free and your customers are having access to the perfectly correct data
