How to configure your Webmail to MS Outlook ?
You can add your webmail email account to your MS Outlook. By doing so, you can download and see all your web-mails locally in your computer
Our email provider ' resellerclub' suggest following settings to add your webmail accounts to Outlook :
Enter details and click on 'Manual Setup' to add a POP or IMAP email account
Click on the 'Manual setup' button and follow the steps to add an email account on Microsoft Outlook follows below :
Open Microsoft Outlook > Click on Add Account > Enter your Email address > Click on Advanced Options or Select “Let me set up my account manually” > Click on Connect
Select the type of account (POP/IMAP) { you can chose any of these} :
For Account Type: IMAP
Incoming Mail Server: imap.your-domain-name (eg: imap.xyzzz.com)
Port Number: 143
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.your-domain-name (eg: smtp.xyzzz.com)
Port Number: 587
For Account Type: POP
Incoming Mail Server: pop.your-domain-name (eg: pop.xyzzz.com)
Port Number: 110
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.your-domain-name (eg: smtp.xyzzz.com)
Port Number: 587
Port Number: 110
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.your-domain-name (eg: smtp.xyzzz.com)
Port Number: 587
Click on Next >
If you are using free email accounts created under your hosting package, you may need to enter the incoming and outgoing email server as mail.your-domain-name (eg: mail.xyzzz.com), if above configuration does not work
