New Updates in FinnSys Software - to be released on 24th May 2022
We at FinnSys is regularly taking the inputs from our users and internal team members to add, edit or upgrade the features and utilities for best benefit of MFDs. In our recent 'Upgrade Release' going on 24th May 2022, you will find some useful changes in your software.
- We have renamed some of the Dashboard Menu and replaced it with more sensible and clear names. See the Picture below to see the new names or placement changes
B. We have now Opened the Brokerage Import in your Finnsys Software vide CAMS File Number WBR77 and KARVY File MFSD205. You can import only one month's file here. This feature is only available for the Users having SSL or Finnsys 360 in their package
C. Under RISK PROFILE section we have changed the selection menu to make it more easy for you to search the clients with or without Risk Profile
D.
Distributor Management Section is now completely changed and is being made very very powerful for the admin.

In case there are RM or distributors without any EUIN then you may leave ot Blank ; now there is no requirement of Sub Broker Code or any other numbers. All the Incoming Transactions will be automatically mapped according to following priorities :
- It will check if the Incoming Transaction of the client is already mapped with any Distributor ! If Yes , then it will automatically map it to same distributor, irrespective of any EUIN etc
- If the transaction is appearing for the first time customer then it will check the EUIN and map it to the respective EUIN holder as created in your Distributor management section
- If the transaction is appearing for the first time customer and the EUIN is not found as created in your Finnsys system, then it will automatically map it under HO
It is advisable that all Finnsys users should update their HO ARN and EUIN as well as all their RMs EUIN or sub brokers EUIN
E. Brokerage Management Section : This is the most powerful feature and utility added within your Finnsys Software, which can help you manage both - your Employees as well as your Distributors
