How to apply for new membership code at NSE NMF II ?

What is NSE NMF II

NSE NMF II mutual fund platform is provided by National Stock Exchange for all Mutual Fund Distributors and Investment advisors to act as a common platform between an MFD and their client to invest in mutual funds across all participating AMCs and their mutual fund schemes.

FinnSys provides easy integration of the NSE NMF platform on the web and client mobile app so that MFD can initiate transactions on behalf of their client and clients can complete it by approving the order.

You need to be registered first with NSE NMF platform to start. Please choose your ARN type, prepare the mentioned documents and email it to the mentioned email address as given. Based on the emailed documents, your registration process will be completed and you will be assigned a username and password for online access to the NSE NMF web platform. 

Registration for Individual ARN -

Prepare the below documents & send it to Mr Niladri Chatterjee (nchatterjee@nse.co.in) or

WhatsApp to 8826269496, to initiate online registration :

1. Scan copy of self-attested PAN Card

2. Scan copy of self-attested valid ARN Card

3. Email ID

4. Mobile No.

Based on the documents and their verification, your registration will be confirmed over email within 4-5 days.

Registration for Corporate ARN - 

Prepare the below documents & send it to Mrs. Deepika Bhoriya (dbhoriya@nse.co.in) with CC

to nchatterjee@nse.co.in for initial validation at regional level. Final registration will be processed on the receipt of physical documents.

For Corporate ARN (all documents should be stamped & signed) :

1. Annexure 1 - Application Form to be taken on company’s letterhead (attached)

2. Annexure 2 - Undertaking (attached) - To be executed on a Rs.100/- stamp paper under the common seal of the company.

3. Annexure 3 to be taken on the company’s letterhead (attached)

4. Pan Card of the company

5. List of all the Authorize signatories on letterhead

6. Board resolution on letterhead (attached) – duly signed by at least two authorised signatories

7. AMFI ARN registration letter

8. GST certificate

9. Pan copies of all the directors

10. EUIN card

Based on the documents and their verification, your registration will be confirmed over email within 6-7 days.

Registration for Partnership/LLP ARN

Prepare the below documents & send it to Mrs Deepika Bhoriya (dbhoriya@nse.co.in)

with CC to nchatterjee@nse.co.in for initial validation at the regional level.

Final registration will be processed on the receipt of physical documents.

For Partnership/LLP ARN (all documents should be stamped & signed) :

1. Annexure 1 - Application Form to be taken on company’s letterhead (attached)

2. Annexure 2 - Undertaking (attached) - To be executed on an Rs.100/- stamp paper under the common seal of the company.

3. Annexure 3 to be taken on the company’s letterhead (attached)

4. Pan Card of the firm

5. Authority Letter with the list of all the Authorize signatories (duly signed & stamped by all the partners)

6. Partnership Deed

7. ARN certificate

8. GST certificate

9. EUIN card

10. Partners’ pan copies

Based on the documents and their verification, your registration will be confirmed over email within 6-7 days.

Registration for Proprietorship Firm ARN

Prepare the below documents & send it to Mrs. Deepika Bhoriya (dbhoriya@nse.co.in)

with CC to nchatterjee@nse.co.in for initial validation at the regional level. Final registration will be processed on the receipt of physical documents.

 For Proprietorship Firm ARN (all documents should be stamped & signed) :

1)   Annexure 1 - Application Form (attached) – duly signed {along with Proprietary stamp in case of Proprietorship firm}

2)   Annexure 2 - Undertaking (attached) - To be executed on an Rs.100/- stamp paper

3)   Annexure 3 (attached) – duly signed {along with Proprietary stamp in case of Proprietorship firm}

4)   Pan Card

5)   New ARN Card/Certificate

6)   Separate EUIN Card

7)   GST Certificate

Based on the documents and their verification, your registration will be confirmed over email within 6-7 days.

 

Registration for HUF ARN

Prepare the below documents & send it to Mrs. Deepika Bhoriya (dbhoriya@nse.co.in)

with CC to nchatterjee@nse.co.in for initial validation at the regional level. Final registration will be processed on the receipt of physical documents.

For HUF ARN (all documents should be stamped & signed) :

1)   Annexure 1 - Application Form (attached)

2)   Annexure 2 - Undertaking (attached) - To be executed on an Rs.100/- stamp paper under the common seal of the HUF.

3)   Annexure 3 - Mandate form (attached)

4)   Pan Card of HUF

5)   Pan card of Individual

6)   ARN card

7)   EUIN card

8)   GST Certificate

Based on the documents and their verification, your registration will be confirmed over email within 6-7 days.
