Login Error or Website opening Error in Software

As you know that your Finnsys Software is being hosted at  ICAN accredited high standard hosting company wherein you may face some intermittent technical issue or sudden downtime etc during the usage.

 

First of all , check your website. If the website is not opening that means your ‘Domain’ is expired or your local internet has some issues. If the website is opening but you are facing issues in Software login , then u can raise the query to our technical team or check following trouble shoots which may help you in taking informed decisions for quick resolution :

 


1. HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)


The description of this error pretty much says it all. It’s a general-purpose error message for when a web server encounters some form of internal error. For example, the web server could be overloaded and therefore unable to handle requests properly. If you could wait for 10 minutes and then try again, such error will get resolved automatically.



2. HTTP Error 403 (Forbidden)


This error is a case where the login link is no more available. This can happen, if you try to access a wrong or inactive login link on your website. 3. HTTP Error 404 (Not Found)


A 404 error happens when your login page doesn’t exist. Some reasons for this happening can for example be a broken link, a mistyped URL, or that the webmaster has moved the requested page somewhere else (or deleted it). 4. HTTP Error 400 (Bad Request)


This is basically an error message from the web server telling you that the application you are using (e.g., your web browser) accessed it incorrectly or that the request was somehow corrupted on the way. Such error indicates that there is some technical issue at the hosting end. 5. HTTP Error 401 (Unauthorized)


This error happens when the login password is wrong . This shows the failed login attempt. You need to rest your Password or try with correct password
