How to Request Historic Data from Franklin Templeton ?

Every FinnSys user should first import all the historic data in their server, to get started. Once you get the historic data then you should register with each registrar for 'Regular Subscription' to get your system remain updated always.

Given below is the process of requesting historic data for Franklin Templeton :

Process 1 : Franklin Templeton's provides your data since inception (You should receive data within 3-4 working days.), through a simple E mail request. Just Send a standard E mail to FT Help Desk at  : service@templeton.com . Copy the below template and send it from your registered email id in Franklin, after adding your ARN and name :


Dear Sir / Madam,

We are a registered distributor of Franklin Templeton vide ARN -    xxxxxxx     .

We request you to please provide the data pertaining to our investors  both the Investor Folio Details and the Investor Transaction Data.

Please send the data in DBF format which is being used by the mail-back from Franklin Templeton.

 Duration – Since Inception till date
