How to update brokerage data in Finnsys software

How to update brokerage data

You can now import your monthly data into Finnsys and and view your earnings investor/family wise, AMC wise, Scheme wise & rate wise.

For this to happen you need to request and import the below files.

STEP 1 - Order CAMS WBR77 Report

>> Goto CAMS DISTRIBUTOR MAILBACK SERVICE from here. Enter your registered email id and choose All Mutual Funds from drop down. 
Once inside Click on Your Earnings and select WBR77 - Consolidated Brokerage Payout Details from the left pane.

>> Choose Desired Output Format as Excel with Headers and Delivery Option as Email a download link.

>> Choose your brokerage posted month carefully.
Remember if you need to view the brokerage recieved between 1 APR 2023 -30 APR 2023, then you need to choose MAY 2023,
as May will be considered as the brokerage posted month in which your brokerage earnings were posted to your bank account. So always take 1 month forward in CAMS for the month you wish to see your brokerage data. 

Your Final selections should look like below if you wish to recieve brokerage data for the duration 1 APR 2023 -30 APR 2023.



Once done, click on Next and enter the desired file opening password to submit the request.


STEP 2 - Order Kfintech MFSD 205 Report

Goto Kfintech portal from here.
Login with your user id and password and under Mailback Reports, choose MFSD 205 - Brokerage Report

>> Choose the actual period for which you which you wish to recieve the brokerage data. if you wish to recieve brokerage data earned between 1 APR 2023 - 30 APR 2023 then choose so April month.

Choose All funds | All schemes | All Brokerage types etc. Select Excel as the output and compression type as Zip

Your final selection should be like below for the month of April.. Once done, Click Submit.




STEP 3 - Once you recieve the files, extract them and upload from Import Brokerage available under Data Management




Once the files are imported, you can view the brokerage reports under Brokerage MIS --> Brokeraage Recieved
