How to set up your E mail in your Finnsys Software ?

E mail is a very important ingredient in your Finnsys Software, because it is used for sending various reports, alerts , Clients Welcome and other informations. Your system uses the default E Mail and sender Name as per the setup created in your Finnsys Software :

Step 1 : Click on the ' System Setting' on the dashboard :



Step 2 : Open the 'System Setting' on the dash board and enter desired details :



Please note that the E mail to be used in this section should be a paid business mail from your hosting company or G Suit. Free mails will not work here properly. You may use the free E mail provided by your hosting company but that is not recommended to be used here, due to very small data space and high SPAM possibility.
