Resolutions for missing Folios or missing transactions ?

You may often come across certain folios of whose valuation is wrong and does not match with the AMC’s soa. What you will do. The process of correction is quite simple. Go through the below simple steps to correct a folios data.

 

STEP 1 : Call transaction data of the folio

 

Call CAMS folio wise data

STEP : 2  Delete the incorrect folio in finnsys

Once you get the folio wise data from the registrar, delete the incorrect folio from finnsys

STEP : 3  Upload the new data which you just received from registrar through “Import Transaction” under Data Management.
